I’m Kashim Uddin Masum — founder and CEO of Dream Group / DreamIT. What started as one person with a laptop and an unreasonable amount of belief has grown into an ecosystem of 15+ products used across fintech, travel, AI, social and sports.
I’m a builder at heart. I love the moment an idea becomes a screen, a screen becomes a product, and a product becomes part of someone’s daily life. That feeling is why I keep shipping.
My mission is simple: build technology that genuinely moves people forward — and never stop dreaming bigger.
